Section 9.4.7

APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:

1. Information Required: The application for a manufactured home park or recreational coach park permit shall contain the following information:
1. Name, address and telephone number of applicant.
2. Interest of applicant in the proposed development.
3. Location and legal description of the property.
4. An overall development plan, prepared by the person or persons qualified to prepare such plans. The plan scale shall be not smaller than one inch to fifty feet (1" = 50'). At least five (5) copies of the plan shall be submitted and shall show:
1. The area of the tract, drawn to scale, with dimensions and the approximate total acreage.
2. Number, location and size of lots, coach spaces, and open spaces for the entire area clearly designated.
3. The location of service buildings and all other proposed structures.
4. The location and width or size of roadways and walkways, parking areas, and access to the public thoroughfares.
5. The location and size of natural features, such as wetlands, streams, lakes, drains, wooded areas and any anticipated change in these features, with topography at five foot (5') contours, unless another interval is required by the planning commission.
6. The size, location and design of recreational facilities.
7. Detailed landscaping and utility plans, including location of TV system, fire hydrants, water and sewer lines, gas, power and telephone service.
8. Property ownership, if other than applicant.
9. List of names of all surrounding property owners within four hundred feet (400') of the proposed park. (Ord. 99-7, 8-3-1999)
2. Checking Fee: The applicant for approval of plans for a manufactured home park or recreational coach park, shall pay to the city office, at the time of application, a checking fee, in addition to building, plumbing and electrical permits, or any other required license or other fee. The checking fee shall be based upon the area of the property included in the plan, and shall be set by resolution of the city council.
3. Application For Approval: Applications for approval shall be in writing, submitted to the planning commission at its regular meeting and shall be granted or denied within forty five (45) days. If approved by the planning commission, the application with accompanying planning commission recommendations, shall be forwarded to the governing body within fifteen (15) days. 4. Business License Renewal: A business license shall be renewed on an annual basis. (Ord. 99-7, 8-3-1999)
