Plot Availability
Burial plots are currently available for purchase at Duchesne City Cemetery and Strawberry Cemetery. Availability at Theodore Cemetery may be limited.

Burial Requirements
A burial vault is required for all interments. Vaults must be constructed of concrete or other approved materials to ensure long-term stability and maintenance of the cemetery grounds.
Interment Schedule
Interments are scheduled Monday through Saturday. Please contact the City Office in advance to coordinate arrangements and confirm availability.
Records & Maps
Cemetery maps and burial records are available to assist families in locating plots and obtaining information. While some records may be available online, official records are maintained at the Duchesne City Office.
