Duchesne City Public Records Request
Duchesne City provides access to public records in accordance with the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA), Utah Code §63G-2.
Members of the public may request access to records maintained by Duchesne City by submitting a request as outlined below.

Response Time
Duchesne City will respond to requests within the timeframes required by Utah law:

- Staff time required to locate and compile records
- Media or delivery costs
You will be notified of any applicable fees before the request is completed.
Record Availability
Some records may be restricted or protected under GRAMA and may not be available for public release. If access is denied, Duchesne City will provide the reason for denial and information on how to appeal the decision.
Appeals
If you believe your request has been improperly denied, you have the right to appeal in accordance with GRAMA procedures.
