1. The purpose of this section is to establish a uniform road width, wherever possible, within the city limits. Road widths running north and south, in most cases, will be sixty feet (60'). Road widths running east and west, in most cases, will be eighty feet (80'). (Ord. 93-2, 10-22-1993)
2. All road widths are defined on the set of plat maps on file in the city office and recorded at the county recorder's office. (Ord. 93-2, 10-22-1993; amd. 2004 Code)
3. This section will allow property owners to claim that footage which is shown as changed on the referenced maps. In most cases, the amount of property released to the property owners will be ten feet (10'). (Ord. 93-2, 10-22-1993)
