1. Prior to the submission of the final plat, the subdivider shall submit two (2) copies of the tentative final plat to the planning commission, who shall check the tentative final plat against the requirements and conditions of approval of the preliminary plat, and refer one copy to the city staff for checking.
2. The planning commission shall return one copy of the checked tentative final plat to the subdivider indicating thereon any changes required by the planning commission and/or city staff. (Ord. 86-3, 3-11-1986)
