The rates, penalty fee for delinquency in payment, and other charges incidental to the municipal garbage collection system, shall be fixed from time to time by resolution enacted by the governing body. Rates for services furnished shall be uniform with respect to each class or classes of services established or that may hereafter be established. (Ord. 79-5, 3-26-1979)
