1. Minimum Acres; Planning Commission Recommendation: The owner or owners of a tract of land of not less than ten (10) acres located in any zone may construct a planned unit development. Before acting upon the plan, the city council shall submit any request for a planned unit development to the planning commission for its recommendations.
2. Failure To Comply Deemed Violation: Failure to comply with the conditions under which approval was given shall be cause for termination of the approval thereof, and shall be deemed to be a violation of this title.
3. Landscaping Maintenance: Maintenance of required landscaping is a continuing obligation. The failure or neglect to maintain landscaping as required shall be deemed a violation of this title and shall be subject to the penalties prescribed for violations. (Ord. 93-3, 9-1-1993; amd.
