1. Under Sixteen: It shall be unlawful for minor persons under sixteen (16) years of age to be in or on any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys or public places in the city between ten thirty o'clock (10:30) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. (Ord. 88-3, 9-12-1988)
2. Sixteen Through Seventeen: It shall be unlawful for minor persons sixteen (16) through seventeen (17) years of age to be in or on any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys, or public places in the city between twelve thirty o'clock (12:30) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. 3. Exception: The provisions of subsections A and B of this section shall not apply where such minor person is accompanied by parent, guardian, or other adult person having the legal custody of such minor, or thirty (30) minutes after attending organized activities sponsored by school, civic or church.
4. Responsibility Of Parents And Guardians: It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian or other person having the legal care and custody of any minor person under eighteen (18) years of age to allow or permit any such minor to violate the provisions of subsections A and B of this section.
