Whoever shall violate any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction of any such violation, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code or by the penalty for transfer and sale of property provided in Utah Code Annotated section 10-9-811.
