Service stations, roadside stands, public parking lots and all other businesses requiring motor vehicle access by the public shall meet the requirements as hereinafter provided. Access to the station or the structure or parking lot shall be controlled as follows:
1. Access shall be by not more than three (3) driveways from any one street.
2. Driveways shall not be closer to each other than twenty feet (20').
3. Each driveway shall not be more than thirty five feet (35') in width measured at right angles to the centerline of the driveway, except as increased by permissible curb return radii.
4. On corner lots, no driveway shall be closer than twenty feet (20') to the point of intersection of the front property line with the side property line which abuts upon a street.
5. In all cases where there is an existing curb and gutter on the street, curb cuts and driveways shall be made in accordance with these regulations.
6. Where there is no existing curb and gutter, a curb or fence shall be installed in compliance with these requirements as directed by the building inspector. (Ord. 93-3, 9-1-1993)
