2. Width: Same as in the I-1 zone (subsection 10-9A-3B of this title).
3. Location: Any structure permitted in this zone shall be set back at least thirty feet (30') from any public street, except that all buildings shall be located at least fifty feet (50') back from the right of way of any state or federally designated highway.
