Any manufactured home or recreational coach located in any permitted area shall comply with and conform to all other zoning laws, rules, regulations and building, plumbing, electrical, fire prevention and all other codes and requirements applicable to a structure or building erected within the zone in which said manufactured home or recreational coach is located.
