If a nonconforming manufactured home is removed from the premises, it cannot thereafter be returned; except, that:
1. If such removal was upon order of the building inspector for correction of the deficiencies or by decision of the owner for the purpose of correcting deficiencies, the manufactured home may be replaced upon the premises upon correction of such deficiencies.
2. A new manufactured home may be established on the premises, if it meets all established requirements. (Ord. 99-7, 8-3-1999)
