The intent of this chapter is to:
1. Permit variety and flexibility in land development for residential purposes by allowing the use of manufactured homes in certain districts within the city.
2. Require that manufactured housing and recreational coach developments will be of such character as to promote the objectives and purposes of the zoning ordinance to protect the integrity and characteristics of the districts contiguous to those in which manufactured home parks are located; and to protect other land use values contiguous to or near manufactured homes or recreational coach developments.
