All city streets, roads, and alleys within the city limits are allowable routes for OHVs except for U.S. 40 known as Main Street. The following described intersections are hereby designated as state highway crossings:
1. Center Street or State Highway 87 North to 1000 North or the Duchesne City limits.
2. 100 West or U.S. 191 South to the Duchesne City Cemetery or the Duchesne City limits.
3. All intersection crossings are allowable except for the intersection of U.S. 40 and State Highway 87 known as Center Street and Main Street. (Ord. 08-2, 7-8-2008)
