Stage 2 restrictions prohibit campfires, charcoal fires, fireworks, exploding targets, smoking outside permitted areas, metal work near dry vegetation, and engines without working spark arrestors on affected unincorporated state and private lands. Gas or liquid-fueled devices with shutoff valves may be used at least three feet from flammable material. The order remains active until rescinded.
